All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving payment confirmation. Please note that during peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended. We offer standard and express shipping options. Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination, package weight, and chosen shipping method. United Kingdom Orders: Orders shipped within the United Kingdom can be shipped via standard or express shipping. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected. Standard shipping typically takes between 3-5 business days, while express shipping typically takes between 1-2 business days.

International OrdersFor orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, we offer standard shipping only. Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination country and typically range between 3-10 business days. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees upon delivery, all of which are the sole responsibility of the buyer. If your country is not listed, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can track your order's status using the provided tracking number through the courier's website.

Once your order has been placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once the order has been shipped, we cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft that may occur during transit. In the rare event that your package is lost, damaged or stolen during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order promptly.

RETURNS POLICY

Please note that we are not currently accepting any returns. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and sizing information to help you make informed purchasing decisions.
